Layaway: Get The Gun of Your Dreams
- Our Layaway Plan- 90 days. To place Layaway orders you must email arkansasguncompany@gmail.com. 20% non refundable deposit on the item desired. If canceling your order you will pay a restocking fee of 20% on top of the lost deposit. You can not change a Layaway order once it is finalized. No layaway plan can last longer than 90 unless you email us. We have the right to change or modify these terms as needed on a case by case basis.
Returns
- Original Shipping and Handling fees not refundable on a return. Orders cancelled after processing AND unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Goods only accepted by 14 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments will have to pay return freight charges. If you are denied the NICS FBI background check the firearm will be returned to Arkansas Gun Company at the customers expense and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
Shipping
All firearms must be sent to a Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL).
All orders will attempt to be shipped within 5-7 Business Days of the time the order is completely processed Firearm orders cannot be processed until we receive the 1.) FFL Transfer's Information, and 2.) Your method of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the dealer fax or e-mail the FFL information to us. Please place an order first, before sending a FFL copy.All firearms are shipped via the most cost effective way (at our discretion).Insurance for firearms is not included in the shipping cost. You have the option to add insurance to your order while it is being placed. If customers choose not to add insurance, the Arkansas Gun Co. is not responsible for any lost/damaged shipping items.
On all other items non firearms you have the choice to select the shipping option that best suits your needs.

IF YOU WANT TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS FROM US
If you intend to pick up an item from us that you have ordered, please allow 24 business hours before pickup.
We charge Craighead County sales tax (8.5%) if you pick an order up from the retail store.
If you are not a legal resident of Arkansas you CANNOT pick up a handgun from us personally; you must have the gun transferred to a dealer in your state of residence. You CAN pick up a rifle or shotgun from us if it is legal to own in your state of residence.
